Customer Service


Orders are processed and shipped from our Miami location, usually within two to four business days of the order. We ship via USPS First Class and Priority Mail. Transit times are provided by the carrier and vary with package destination. Shipping costs are determined by the weight and size of the items purchased, the method of shipping chosen, and the destination address. 


Fouta Harissa is not responsible for lost, delayed or stolen packages. Please contact your local Post Office for information about delivery status of your package. In these instances, we cannot replace the item or refund your purchase, but we will do our best to assist you in sorting out the situation with USPS. If a package is marked as delivered, but missing from the point of delivery, we cannot be held responsible for refund or replacement. 

Shipping within the United States:

We ship with the United States Postal Service to all 50 states and US territories. The shipping methods offered during checkout will differ based on your shipping address and the weight of the items ordered. All orders are shipped with tracking information, emailed to you immediately upon shipping.

Shipping Internationally:

We ship worldwide! International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Please enter your shipping destination to enable this calculation. We are not responsible for any taxes and fees that may apply once the package arrives in the destination country.  At this time we are not able to provide exact delivery time frames for all destinations.  In addition, some international shipments may experience customs delays. Unfortunately, we cannot foresee additional duties charges or customs delays. We can suggest that you contact your local customs office for any additional information.

All returns must be pre-approved by Fouta Harissa. Before shipping your return, send us an email at and let us know which item you are returning. We will issue a return authorization number to be included in your return package.  For all items, shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. 

If you wish to return your purchase, we will gladly issue a store credit or exchange within 14 days of delivery for items that are returned in new, unused condition in their original package, with a copy of your receipt. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not match these conditions.  

We are a 100% artisanal brand and all of our items are handmade and produced in limited quantities. For this reason, we cannot guarantee availability of the same item, color or model for exchange. In this case, the customer may exchange the returned item for another model with the same price point.

Our Foutas are all made by hand; small imperfections / differences in shape, size and color are part of the charm of a handmade product. This part of the handmade process is what makes our products unique and should not be seen as a fault. They will never affect the overall aesthetic of the product and its ability for use as intended.
